Refund and Returns Policy


SENA NAIL’s commitment to all customers:
Return within 30 days after delivery if you are not satisfied with the product or product quality issues!
Please contact us to schedule your return and refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please provide the order number when you contact us.  

The quality warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by improper handling, lack of care, accidents, etc. The item has been damaged on purpose or is valid proof of purchase.

Shipping Returns

SENA NAIL will be responsible for the return shipping costs for product quality issues. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning nonquality issue items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To return your product, please follow the below steps

  1. Contact customer service first to get the return label.
  2. Fully protect return items with bubble wrap, tissue, etc.
  3. Enclose in a size-appropriate box or envelope and affix the return label on it.
  4. Hand over to the logistics agent.

All the returns should be based on following

  1. Within 30 days of the receive date.
  2. Make sure the return purchase is in its original packaging condition, without physical damage and alterations.


Once your return items are received and inspected, the refund will be issued immediately within 1 working day.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.


    We do not offer exchange products at this moment. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
